BCWG S5:E14 Sean DeVore is talking about cleaning residues from LV flooring.

Sean and Dave talk through the art of cleaning LV flooring, which is the main maintenance required.  This daily process replaces all of the polishing and refinishing of VCT flooring.  
Oh, and Sean says the LV flooring is now 60 % of the flooring market!  Better get on track with your education on this!
